About

The ultimate medical mnemonics’ list.

The largest medical mnemonics database.

The super duper, the one and only Mnemocine.

Why Mnemocine?

Simply because Medicine+Mnemonics=Mnemocine.

Isn’t it just another medical mnemonic website?

No it isn’t. Mnemocine has unique and simple design allowing easy browsing. The ads banners are only on the right  sidebar and some ads in the posts as well, but overall the design is nice and clean. The goal is to minimize the distraction.

The mnemonics are organized in categories following mostly Kaplan notes for USMLE, which makes it easy when you study a particular subject to go trough all the mnemonics related to that subject. Mnemocine is the only medical mnemonics website offering that option. Cool, isn’t it? Of course Mnemocine medical mnemonics can be used for every medical related exams preparation: NCLEX, NAPLEX, NBDE, PANCE, MCAT, and many others.

Searching for mnemonic is also made for easiness and preciseness. For example if you want to find a mnemonic for bilirubin, just type in the search field of the website: bilirubin or bilirubin mnemonic. You can search for ExTremish medical mnemonics on Google search too (right side bar). Just type: bilirubin mnemonic and voila, you get the mnemonic. And lastly, if you want to search for medical mnemonics directly from the Google home page, just type in the search field: site:mnemocine.net bilirubin.

Almost every medical mnemonic on the website is accompanied by an image, helping to visualize and learn better.

What is the goal of this website?

To become the super largest medical mnemonics database in the world?

  1. Hi there, nice site.

I was wondering if you could put a link to my site – Memorable Medicine – a free revision and social networking site for medical students and junior doctors. I am of course linking to your site!

    Thanks,

  2. I have a program that automatically writes mnemonics or at least
provided the seeds to construct them. I have been doing this since
    1997 in my spare time.
Here is one I did a few years back that is still in circulation.
You can send me you mnemonic requests and I will e-mail them back
    to you.
